Essential Technical Skills
- Troubleshoot and repair heating and air conditioning systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance inspections, and adjust, clean, and calibrate various systems to assure proper system operations
- Prepare and submit request for supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral, or diagram form
- Customer service attitude with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured
- EPA Certification a plus but not required
- Pass drug screening and background check
